5. Order Placement and Payment

5.1. Order Process

Orders can be placed through our Platform by selecting items, providing delivery or pickup details, and completing payment.

5.2.Payment Methods

We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. Payments must be completed before order processing.

5.3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. Ensure all details are accurate.

5.4. Order Modification/Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 3-5 minutes of placement. For assistance, contact our support team immediately.

6. Delivery and Pickup

6.1. Delivery Services

We offer 24-hour delivery within Abuja. Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume.

6.2. Pickup Services

Orders can be picked up from all outlets during operating hours. Present your order confirmation at pickup.

6.3. Delivery Policy:

Ensure accurate address details. Delivery may be rescheduled or canceled if access issues arise.

7. Bespoke Catering Services

7.1. Requests for catering services must be made at least [insert timeframe] in advance.

7.2. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required upon booking, with full payment due before the event.

7.3. Any changes to catering orders must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are issued only for cancelled orders or services not fulfilled due to errors on our part. Processing times may vary.

8.2. Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 5 minutes of placement or catering services cancelled within 24 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
