At November Cubes Grills & Takeout (“we,” “us,” “our”), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and adjustments may be processed for orders made through our website or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Please review it carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect delivery address due to our mistake).
- Items delivered were incorrect or not as described.
- The order was cancelled within the allowable time frame (see Section 4).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Orders where the delivery address was incorrect due to customer error.
- Food items that have been consumed, tampered with, or are not returned in their original state (if applicable).
- Cancelled catering services within a specified period before the event (see Section 5).
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
3. Refund Request Process
3.1. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a refund request within 24 hours of order delivery or the scheduled delivery time.
- Provide the order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of incorrect items).

3.2. Processing Time
Refunds are processed after 24 hours of approval. Depending on your payment method, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Order Cancellations
4.1. Standard Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 3-5 minutes of placement for a full refund.
- Contact our support team immediately to request a cancellation.
4.2. Prepaid Orders
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed as per Section 3.2.
4.3. Delivery in Progress
Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Catering Services
5.1. Booking Changes
Changes to catering bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2. Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Partial Refunds and Adjustments
In cases where part of an order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, we may issue a partial refund or provide a replacement for the affected item(s). Contact our support team to resolve such issues.
7. Payment Method and Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
