This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders made through our website or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Standard Order Cancellation
1.1. Time Frame for Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3-5 minutes of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests beyond this time frame may not be eligible for a refund if the preparation or delivery process has already commenced.

2. Prepaid Orders
2.1. Cancellation Process
- Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowable time frame will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy (see Section 3 of the Refund Policy).
2.2.Orders in Progress
Orders that are already in preparation or out for delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Catering Services Cancellation
3.1. Cancellation Time Frames
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Non-Refundable Deposits
For large catering orders, a non-refundable deposit may apply. This deposit will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Special Offers and Promotions
Orders placed under special promotions or discounts are subject to specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated during the offer period.
5. Delivery in Progress
Orders that have been dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may contact our support team about issues related to delivery or order quality.
6. Subscription Services
6.1. Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions
- Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges where applicable.
- Partial refunds are not provided for cancellations during an active subscription period.
7. No-Shows
If you fail to collect your order (where applicable) or are unavailable to receive your delivery after repeated attempts by our delivery team, the order will be deemed a “no-show” and is non-refundable.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to find an amicable resolution.
9. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Platform, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
